Die Forschung/Entwicklung zu Hygromycin A wurde soweit ich sehen kann von Dr. Kim Lewis / Flightpath nach der Phase I Erprobung pausiert, da keine hinreichende Bioverfügbarkeit bei oraler Gabe erreicht werden konnte

Er, bzw. die Firma forscht nun an einem neuen Kandidaten (Formibactin A) weiter – ebenfalls als Präzisionsantibiotikum u.a. gegen Borrelia burgdorferi
