Der Darm ist auch noch mein Problem, trotz der Diät und Probiotika.
Jahrelang AB hat es verursacht.
Aber ob der sich wieder erholt, weiß wohl niemand.
Jeden Tag ein Esslöffel Leinöl ist gut...wie der HP sagt !
