@borrärger: Man müsste den Hersteller mal fragen, wie er darauf kommt. Enthalten sind ja 8 Stämme in Dr. Wolz Darmflora plus select:

Lactobacillus acidophilus
Lactobacillus casei
Lactobacillus plantarum
Lactobacillus rhamnosus
Bifidobacterium bifidum
Bifidobacterium lactis
Bifidobacterium breve
Streptococcus thermophilus

Wenigstens Lactobacillus casei ist wohl stark histaminbildend. Lactobacillus acidophilus und Streptococcus thermophilus sind im Verdacht, tyraminbildend zu sein und könnten dadurch wenigstens den Histaminabbau hemmen.

Vllt. weiß aber der Hersteller mehr.
